User Agreement

By accessing or utilizing the services provided through goatspins.ca, the User hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Limitation Notice

This limitation shall apply regardless of the theory of liability asserted.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada. Users hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to the inconvenience of such forum.
